American Thanksgiving
Beyond the historical origins of either Canadian or
American Thanksgiving (which are, of course, extremely
similar...), the very act of giving thanks for the
relative well-being we enjoy is a testament to our
precarity... No matter how "good" you think you are,
you are never in complete control - of anything!
And you know it too... don't you, B.H.?
G.S.? I know you're out there -in cyberspace-
looking in! It doesn't have to be this way, you know
guys... You too (I can't believe it but it's true)
can partake of the goodies God Has for us all.
Personally though? I couldn't care less if you
stick to your schtick and remain steadfastly on
your stance - the both of you and all of your buddies!
The offerings will be all the more bountiful for
the rest of us - like, as if I would want to share
a feast for all of eternity with you guys...
