Statistics Sundays Show That Darwin Didn't Know Diddly!

First things first, today we're officially mid-way through B.C.A.M. - Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Tis not only a concern for the ladies either - I know a man who once had breast cancer himself! "Man boobies" are at risk too, aye... It is no laughing matter and far from me any intention here of making any jokes at all.
Just do as the bruin with the ribbon on the left says - and have your breasts checked out this month and every other month - you'll be glad you did! ;)
Statistics show that over the course of a woman's life, she has a 1 in 8 chance of getting the disease. It is indeed also possible for men to develop breast cancer, although this is rare according to the experts...
I do not believe that cancer -or aids for that matter- is a form of "punishment" by God for any sins mankind may have accumulated over its long, lamentable history...
No, this is, indeed, evolution! And a Creator designed such evolutionary steps, evidently... He Knew what poor choices we'd make - way in advance! He Made us to live forever - IF we didn't pollute our air and our own food and water that is! We reap what we sow - and cancer as many other diseases are our own fault! We made our bed; let us lie in it! Just as we must live with the consequences of our acts in every other field - we must live with the consequences of what we say for instance (Pope Benedict knows it well now - a certain Kevin T will know it soon enough too! But I digress...)
